JIM HANNEMANN'S PROPOSALS FOR SCHOOL BOARD REFORM

·        Review all Mercer School Board Policies to ensure applicability and compliance.

·        Conduct a forensic audit of school finances for the previous 7 years.

·        All so called negative issues that have been raised on social media will be addressed and resolved one by one in front of the public.

·        Develop a comprehensive plan to maintain the school physical plant to include long term funding.

·        Conduct a comprehensive review of Fund 80 programs to identify duplication of services.

·        Prepare a more robust agenda with meaningful actions items.

·        Ensure that minutes accurately and comprehensively reflect Board meeting proceedings.

·        Resume video recording of all School Board proceedings including committees.

·        Change the start time for School Board meetings to 6:00 P.M. so that working parents can attend.

·        Update School website to include School Board members photos with their personal contact information.
